Think of the cultural divisions it would heal, how many more lemony good baked goods would make it to small groups! Think of how your perfect ending could very well lead to revival. This is really neat. It's been a while since reading it but a few of these scenes were still immediately recognizable from the book. I'd definitely watch a TV or movie version flof the story. This is possibly the best of your stories, imao.
